Electronic communication is central to how Elite Personal Loans operates. This Agreement outlines your rights when you agree to receive documents from us digitally. We ask that you review each part before giving your consent.

PART ONE — COVERAGE OF THIS CONSENT

Your consent extends to all documents and records that Elite Personal Loans would otherwise provide on paper. The categories include:

(a) Loan applications and any forms submitted during the origination process;

(b) Executed loan agreements, promissory notes, and subsequent amendments;

(c) Federal and state disclosures, including those mandated by the Truth in Lending Act;

(d) Periodic account statements and transaction records;

(e) Privacy notices and revisions to our data handling practices;

(f) Notifications regarding adjustments to fees, interest rates, or other material terms;

(g) Adverse action notices, such as decisions to deny an application or alter proposed conditions;

(h) All other account-related correspondence and records.

PART TWO — HOW DOCUMENTS ARE TRANSMITTED

Elite Personal Loans may deliver electronic communications to you through the following channels:

Email — directed to the address you registered during your application or subsequently updated.

Secure Portal — uploaded to your password-protected account area on our website for viewing and download.

Text Message (SMS) — sent to your mobile number, provided you have independently enrolled in our SMS program.

Please review your email inbox and online portal frequently to avoid missing important notices.

PART THREE — EQUIPMENT AND SOFTWARE PREREQUISITES

You are responsible for maintaining the technology required to access electronic documents. The minimum requirements are:

– An internet-capable device such as a desktop, laptop, tablet, or mobile phone

– A modern web browser maintained at a current version (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, or Edge)

– A PDF viewer — either integrated into your browser or a standalone application like Adobe Acrobat Reader

– An active and regularly monitored email account

– Adequate device storage or printer access for archiving documents you wish to retain

PART FOUR — AVAILABILITY OF PAPER COPIES

You retain the right to obtain a printed version of any document we have delivered electronically. Contact us using the details in Part Eight, and we will mail the requested copy within 10 business days at no cost. A request for a paper copy does not serve as a withdrawal of your electronic consent.

PART FIVE — WITHDRAWING CONSENT

Agreeing to electronic delivery is voluntary. It is not a condition attached to any loan, product, or service provided by Elite Personal Loans. Should you decide to revoke this consent, notify us through any of the methods listed in Part Eight. We will complete the transition within 10 business days of receiving your notice. Documents and communications already delivered electronically prior to the effective date of your withdrawal remain legally binding and enforceable.

PART SIX — ACCURACY OF YOUR CONTACT DETAILS

You bear responsibility for ensuring that the email address, telephone number, and mailing address associated with your account remain current. Update any changes without delay — either through your online account settings or by contacting us directly. Elite Personal Loans cannot be held accountable for communications that fail to reach you because of outdated or incorrect contact information.

PART SEVEN — VALIDITY OF ELECTRONIC SIGNATURES

Actions you take on our website — including clicking “I Agree,” typing your name into a designated signature field, or submitting a loan application or other form — constitute electronic signatures. Under the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act and applicable state statutes, these signatures hold the same legal force as a traditional handwritten signature. Each electronic signature event is captured in an audit trail that logs the date, time, and originating IP address.

(d) You understand that paper copies of any electronic communication are available upon request at no charge.

(e) You understand that you may withdraw this consent at any time and that doing so will not invalidate prior electronic communications.
